It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 18 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Space-saving 18-VFQFN packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Fixed) output generated. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of Up to 1.2MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
