TPS59621RHAR Description
TPS59621RHAR belongs to the family of selectable dual or single-phase, fully compliant IMVP-6.5 step-down controllers with integrated gate drivers. Fast transient response and lowest output capacitance are provided based on its D-CAP+ architecture, OSR overshoot reduction, and other advanced control features. TPS59621RHAR step-down controller is available in the thermally enhanced 40-pin QFN package for the purpose of saving board space. VR_TT, DPRSLPVR, PSI and output current monitoring (IMON) are integrated into this device.
