TPS60300DGSRG4 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 2 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 700kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2Vin 3.3V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 40mA 20mA output current of voltage regulator. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
