TPS61020DRCRG4 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 600kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator.
