The TPS61022RWUR provides a power supply solution for portable equipment and loT devices powered by various batteries and supercapacitors. TheTPS61022RWUR has a minimum 6.5-A valley switch current limit over a full temperature range. With a wide input voltage range of 0.5 V to 5.5 V, the TPS61022RWUR supports supercapacitor backup power applications, which may deeply discharge the supercapacitor.
