optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 10 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 600kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.9V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.5A Switch. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 1.2V.
