Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 600kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.9V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A Switch output current of voltage regulator.
