For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER type. There is a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 200mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
