TPS62001DGSG4 Overview

For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 750kHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.9V. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V for operation. DC DC switching regulator is part of the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory and can be found in the Switching Regulator or Controllers category. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family TPS62001. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 900mV volts. 10 pins are used for switching regulator operation. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 900mV. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 600mA A. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 900mV, which is the highest available. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 5.5V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 50μA A of quiescent current. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature.
