TPS62065DSGT Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 3MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
