TPS62200DBVR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.7V. DC DC switching regulator's 300mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. TPS62200 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry.
