TPS62208DBVR Product Details

TPS62208DBVR Overview

It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 6V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. As a member of the TPS62208 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. At 1.875V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. 5 pins are used for switching regulator operation. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.875V at the very least. A maximum output current of 300mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. Switching regulators operate at 6V supply voltages. There is no external influence on harley voltage regulator as it consumes 15μA A of quiescent current. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the PFM MODE ALSO AVAILABLE feature.
