TPS62222DDCT Product Details

TPS62222DDCT Overview

As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 1.25MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 1.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. TPS62222 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required. A maximum output current of 400mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. An input voltage of 6V is used to operate this harley voltage regulator. Voltage regulator consumes 15μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the PFM MODE IS ALSO AVAILABLE feature.
