As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Programmable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 2.25MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V 3.3V volts. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS62273 family of products.
