TPS62620YFDR Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-XFBGA, DSBGA package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 6MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation.
