It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFBGA, DSBGA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. 6MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Input voltage 2.3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. The TPS62620 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
