A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-XFBGA, DSBGA package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 6MHz. Regulator 2.3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.3V. Featuring a 650mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided.
