TPS62825DMQR Description
The TPS62825DMQR family of synchronous step-down DC-DC converters is simple to use and has a low quiescent current of only 4 A. It has a quick transient reaction because it is based on the DCS Control topology. Over a junction temperature range of –40°C to 125°C, the internal reference enables for output voltage regulation down to 0.6 V with a high feedback voltage accuracy of 1%. Pin-to-pin and BOM-to-BOM compatibility is provided by the family of devices. A modest 470-NH inductor, a single 4.7-F input capacitor, and two 10-F or a single 22-F output capacitors are required for the full solution.
