For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 20 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-UFBGA, DSBGA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Programmable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2.4MHz switching frequencies.
