TPS650860A0RSKT Description
A single-chip power-management IC for multicore CPUs, FPGAs, and other System-on-Chips is called TPS650860 (SoCs). The TPS650860 supports a wide range of applications because to its input range of 5.6 V to 21 V. The device works well with 2S, 3S, or 4S Li-Ion battery packs for NVDC and non-NVDC power architecture. For information on 5-V input supply, see the Application Section. Tiny inductors and capacitors are used in the D-CAP2TM and DCS-Control high-frequency voltage regulators to produce small solution sizes. Excellent transient response performance is provided by the D-CAP2 and DCS-Control topologies, which is suitable for processor core and system memory rails with quick load switching. An I2C interface enables straightforward control by a SoC or an embedded controller (EC).
