TPS65120RGTT Description
TPS65120RGTT is a type of DC-DC converter providing all three voltages for amorphous-silicon (a-Si) and low-temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) TFT-LCD displays. A single inductor is integrated to generate independently-regulated positive and negative outputs. Based on a pseudo-fixed frequency, it is able to provide a fast response to line and load transients while maintaining a relatively constant switching frequency and high efficiency over a wide range of input and output voltages. High switching frequency capability enables the use of inexpensive and ultra-thin 8.2 or 10 μH inductors.
