Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 40 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 3 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 300kHz~2.2MHz switching frequencies. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. The output current of 3A 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility.
