There is a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 3 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz~2.2MHz.
