optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A Through Hole mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 150mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 150mA.
