TPS71H01QPWPRG4 Description

The TPS71Hxx integrated circuits are a family ofmicropower low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators. An order of magnitude reduction in dropoutvoltage and quiescent current over conventionalLDO performance is achieved by replacing thetypical pnp pass transistor with a PMOS device.
