TPS73533DRBR Description
Excellent AC performance is provided by the TPS735 low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulator, which also has a very low ground current. Low 45-A (typical) ground current consumption is combined with high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, quick startup, and great line and load transient responses to deliver these benefits.
The TPS735 device uses an advanced BiCMOS fabrication technique to produce a typical dropout voltage of 280 mV at 500 mA output and is stable with ceramic capacitors. With a precision voltage reference and feedback loop, the TPS735 device can maintain a 2 percent accuracy (VOUT > 2.2 V) across a range of load, line, process, and temperature fluctuations.
