TPS767D301PWP Description


The TPS767D301PWP is a low-dropout voltage regulator with twin outputs. It comes in fixed-voltage variants of 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, as well as an adjustable version (programmable over the range of 1.5V to 5.5V). Overline, load, and temperature ranges, output voltage tolerance is given as a maximum of 2%. In a 28-pin PWP TSSOP package, the TPS767D301PWP family is available. They work in a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C at the junction.
