TPS77127DGKRG4 Description


TPS77127DGKRG4 is a type of low-dropout voltage regulator with integrated power-on reset and power good (PG) function respectively. It is stable with 10 μF capacitors to provide high performance at a reasonable cost. The PMOS device behaves as a low-value resistor, resulting in a very low dropout voltage directly proportional to the output current. Low quiescent current that is independent of output loading is provided because the PMOS pass element is a voltage-driven device. All these achieve a significant improvement in operating life for battery-powered systems.
