TPS79628DRBRG4 Description
The TPS79628DRBRG4 low-dropout (LDO) low-power linear voltage regulator features a high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and loads transient responses in small outline, 3 x 3 VSON, SOT223-6, and TO-263 packages. The TPS79628DRBRG4 is stable with a small, 1-μF ceramic capacitor on the output. The TPS79628DRBRG4 uses an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process to yield extremely low dropout voltages (for example, 250 mV at 1 A).
