TPS7A1601DGNR Description
The TPS7A1601DGNR is a 100mA low-dropout Voltage Regulator with Enable and Power Good that has a very low quiescent current and a very high input voltage. The TPS7A1601DGNR is intended for battery-powered applications that require ultralow quiescent current to extend system battery life, whether continuous or intermittent (power backup). It has a regular CMOS enable pin (EN) as well as an integrated open drain active-high power good output (PG) with a user-programmable delay. These pins are intended for usage in battery-powered microcontroller applications that require power-rail sequencing. The TPS7A1601DGNR is also perfect for generating a low-voltage supply from multicell solutions ranging from high-cell-count power-tool packs to automotive applications since it can not only deliver a well-regulated voltage rail but also withstand and retain regulation during voltage transients.
