PS7A4501DCQR Description

The TPS7A4501DCQR is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator designed to respond quickly to transients. The TPS7A4501DCQR regulator has a dropout voltage of 300 mV and can supply 1.5 A of output current. The operating quiescent current is 1 mA, while the shutdown current is less than 1 mA. Quiescent current is well-controlled, and unlike many other regulators, it does not climb in dropout. The TPS7A4501DCQRregulators feature very low output noise in addition to fast transient response, making them excellent for sensitive RF supply applications.
The output voltage ranges between 1.21 and 20 V. With output capacitance as low as 10 F, the TPS7A4501DCQR regulators are stable.
