The TPS7A4901DGNR is an 8-pin MSOP positive linear regulator with 36V, 150mA, and ultra-low noise. This includes a CMOS logic-level compatible enable pin as well as a capacitor programmed soft-start capability that enables customized power management strategies. Built-in current limit and thermal shutdown protection are also included to protect the device and system during fault conditions. It's made with bipolar technology and is suited for high-precision, high-accuracy instrumentation applications where clean voltage rails are essential for system performance.
