TPS7A8101DRBR Description
At the output, the TPS7A8101DRBR low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) has excellent noise and power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) performance. To provide very low noise, great transient responsiveness, and excellent PSRR performance, this LDO employs a sophisticated BiCMOS technology and a PMOSFET pass device.
With a 4.7-F ceramic output capacitor, the TPS7A8101DRBR regulator is stable, and it uses a precision voltage reference and feedback loop to provide a worst-case accuracy of 3% throughout all load, line, process, and temperature fluctuations.
