TPS7A1633DGNR LDO Description
The TPS7A1633 of ultralow power, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators has ultralow quiescent current, a high input voltage, and miniaturized, high thermal-performance packaging. The TPS7A1633 LDO of battery-powered devices is intended for continuous or sporadic (power backup) applications where ultralow quiescent current is critical for extending system battery life. The TPS7A16 LDO includes an enable pin (EN) that is compatible with standard CMOS logic as well as an integrated open drain active-high power good output (PG) with a programmable delay. These pins are designed for use in microcontroller-based, battery-powered applications that require power-rail sequencing.
