TPS7A8801QRTJRQ1 Description


The TPS7A8801QRTJRQ1 is a low-noise (4 μVRMS), low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with a maximum dropout of 250 mV that can source 1 A per channel. The TPS7A8801QRTJRQ1 combines the versatility of two independent LDOs with a solution size that is almost half that of two single-channel LDOs. External resistors range from 0.8 V to 5.15 V for each output. The TPS7A8801QRTJRQ1 has a wide input-voltage range that allows it to operate from 1.4 V to 6.5 V.
