On the basis of the frequency 2.65GHz~3.15GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC features an enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 56 terminations integrated.A 56-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -20°C to ensure its reliability.
