TWL6041BYFFR Overview

For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 81-UFBGA, DSBGA package. This package uses the Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. At -40°C~85°C, it can operate normally. It features 2 / 4 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 2.1V. A 1.8V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 81 terminations are used. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 81 pins.
