TWL6041BYFFT Overview
A 81-UFBGA, DSBGA package is provided to save space. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. Its Audio type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. 2 / 4 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. 2.1V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.8V. The transmission line is terminated with 81 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. In terms of electronics, it is a 81-pin device. Its base part number TWL6041 can be used to find more related parts. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. It is recommended to maintain the maximum supply voltage at 5.5V.
