UA78L05QLP Description
Fixed-voltage linear regulators in the UA78L00 series are created for a variety of uses. These applications include voltage control in large appliances as well as on-card regulation for the reduction of noise and distribution issues related to single-point regulation. They can also be used with power-pass components to create highcurrent voltage regulators. One of these regulators has an output current capacity of up to 100 mA. These regulators' inherent limiting and thermal-shutdown capabilities aid in overload protection for the device.
