For greater flexibility, the SOIC package is adopted.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 16 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 20V volts.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.3A is the maximum output current.There are 16 component pins on the board.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -25°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 26mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 5V is the minimum supply voltage.
