With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 12V~28V volts and has 12V~28V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at Up to 500kHz that can be used with this controller.
