This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 4.75V~30V and has a 4.75V~30V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz.
