Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 8.2V~15V volts and has 8.2V~15V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 1MHz.
