UCC27201DG4 Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.A packaging method of Rail/Tube is used.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 3A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.There is a maximum value of 140°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 5.5mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 17V is the maximum value.8V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 3A.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 12V.A frequency of 1MHz can improve efficiency.
