A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its PDIP package.It's configured with 8 terminations.The device is mounted with Through Hole.There are 8 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 14V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 9mA that can be achieved.A board with 8 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 105°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 650μA.When the supply voltage is 15V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 4V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 9A at the moment.
