UCC27511DBVT Description
UCC27511DBVT is a kind of single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver designed to drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches in a more efficient way. Based on its capability to minimize the shoot-through current, UCC27511DBVT is able to source and sink high peak-current pulses into capacitive loads that provide rail-to-rail drive and very small propagation delay of 13 ns typ.
