The UCC27517ADBVT single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver device can drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches well. The UCC27517ADBVT can source and sink high peak-current pulses into capacitive loads, with a rail-to-rail driving capability and a typical propagation latency of 13 ns, thanks to a design that minimizes shoot-through current.
