UCC27524ADGNR Description
The UCC27524A is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate-driver device that can drive MOSFET and IGBT power switches well. The UCC27524A is a UCC2752x family variation. For additional robustness, the UCC27524A provides the ability to handle –5 V directly at the input pins. A dual non-inverting driver, the UCC27524A. The UCC27524A is capable of producing high-peak current pulses of up to 5-A source and 5-A sink into capacitive loads, with rail-to-rail drive capability and a very short propagation delay of usually 13 ns, thanks to a naturally low shoot-through current design.
