For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver consists of 8 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number UCC27712.In the device, there are 8 pins.With a supply voltage of 15V, it is designed to operate.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 700V.
