Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 8.5V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 250kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control, Ramp, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
